Our Daily Prayer

In the name of the Father, our Creator, the Son, our Redeemer,
and the Holy Spirit, our Comforter. Amen.

Thank you, thank you for being our God. Thank you for Your many blessings to us especially for Your love that gave us faith in Jesus as our Savior. Keep us in the hope we have for eternal life with You in heaven. Please forgive us for our unfaithfulness to You and for wavering in our witness of You. Give us the words and courage to speak of Your love at every opportunity. Please also forgive us for our lack of generosity to support preaching the Gospel. Fill our hearts with an extra measure of compassion for those suffering poverty that we may share the blessings which You so generously have given us.

Thank You for Your bountiful gifts including the freedoms we enjoy as citizens of this country. Do not hold our sins against us, but instead, through Your Holy Spirit, bring about a renewal of Christian faith, morality, and other virtues. Protect our country. Bless us with righteous leaders who will preserve liberty for future generations. Change hearts and minds of terrorists and others who do not know You, our Triune God, and fill them with true faith, so that they may experience Your eternal love.

We pray for church leaders and congregations, teachers, parents and guardians that You will enlighten them to serve You. Fill them with faith in You. Pour out Your Holy Spirit that love, goodness, and mercy will abound. We pray for ourselves, our families, and friends especially ________________________ .

If it be your holy will, grant healing to their bodies and minds. Give them and their caregivers the strength to withstand the struggles they face. Guide us each day that in all we do, our lives may give glory to Jesus.
In His holy name, we pray. Amen.

2 Ch 7:14 “...if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
